Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions applies to the services rendered by jjcprivatetransferservices.com.au.

BOOKING

You can book for your transfer 24 prior to the day of the pickup. This is to enable us process the pickup information and get back to you with a confirmation.

PAYMENT

At jjcprivatetransferservices, we offer our clients various ways to pay for their booking. You can pay online during booking submission or you may decide to pay during pickup. However, you will be required to make payment at the point of pickup when our driver comes to pick you up. We accept the following payment methods – Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer, Eftpos/POS, Credit card/Debit payment. You are to pay in full.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

You can cancel your booking by submitting the booking cancellation form. You can access the form here.

LATE HOURS BOOKING

We work from 7am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Booking a transfer outside our working time will attract additional charges. To book such transfer, you can directly book by calling or sending an sms to 0414 477 701.

REFUNDS

Refunds is only available to our clients that pay online. If you cannot meet up with the booked transfer that you paid for due to unforseen circumstances, you can request for a refund. You can request for the refund using the request refund form available HERE. Please note that refunds request made after 12 hours of booking won’t be refunded.
